On Altee, the Objective Tracking option allows you to set goals related to a skill or performance, track them, and plan new ones for upcoming evaluations. This tracking helps motivate your employees, improve their skills and performance, and provide them with a sense of accomplishment and pride in their efforts.
Steps to Follow:
If you want to add Objectives for the next evaluation, here are the steps you need to follow:
First, go to the Development Plan module. Then press the“See the plan” button to the right of the employee's name.
Then click on Skills or Performances and select the evaluation in which you want to add the objective. Finally, click on Add.
Fill in the necessary information and click Save.
Notes:
You can only add objectives for the next evaluation when your employees already have assigned evaluations.
You can modify objectives by pressing Modify.
If you want to add Individual objectives and follow-ups, here are the steps you need to follow:
First, go to the Development Plan module. Then click on the “See the plan” button to the right of the employee's name.
Next, go to the section: Individual objectives and follow-up and click on Add a new goal or follow-up.
Fill in the necessary information and click on Save.
Notes:
You can choose whether the employee could see these goals in his employee account by clicking on the button: Employee visibility.
