After creating groups and adding skills and performances to evaluate your employees, you can assign these evaluations to one or more employees.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the Evaluations module, then to the Assignment and Evaluation Frequencies tab. Select the employee you want to evaluate from the list and click on the Plan button.
Next, click on Add a skills assessment or Add a performance review button.
Select one or several evaluators. Then, choose the skills or performances to evaluate.
Select the evaluation date and the evaluation frequency. Finally, click on Save.
Notes:
If you want to include the note of an evaluator into the final note of an employee, you should activate it.
As soon as one evaluator completes their evaluation of the employee, their grade will be available in the Skills status or Performances tabs. The grades from other evaluators will be added as they complete their evaluations.
