Each position you create has its own pipeline model (the one you selected when adding the position). Through these pipelines, you can manage applications for the position. A pipeline consists of one or more columns, with each column representing a different step in the recruitment process.
Steps to Follow:
The First Step: How to Add Candidates to Pipelines?
After creating a position, you can add candidates to the pipelines. There are different methods to do so.
First Method:
Go to the Recruitments module, then to the Available positions tab. Next, select the position of interest from the list and click on the Pipeline button to the right of the position.
Click on the Menu button (three vertical dots) for the pipeline stage of interest and then select Add a Candidate.
Fill out the form with the necessary information about the candidate and then click on Save.
Notes:
When filling out the candidate's form, you can tag a colleague in the notes to ask for their opinion on the candidate. They will receive a notification and an email.
Second Method:
Go to the Recruitments module, then to the CV Bank tab. Open the folder of your choice, select the application you are interested in, and click on the Menu button (three vertical dots), then select Integrate to an active post.
Finally, choose the position where you want to integrate the candidate and click on Integrate into this post.
Notes:
If you integrate a candidate into an active position, they will no longer appear in the CV Bank list as they will be directly transferred to the pipelines.
If no application interests you, you can also add a candidate by clicking on Add a Candidate. Fill out the necessary information and click on Create the file. Your candidate will appear in your CV Bank, and you can integrate them into an active position as described above.
Notes:
All candidates who apply by filling out the application form for a position on your career site will automatically appear in the pipelines for that position under the Available positions tab.
If you haven’t created a position yet, or if all the positions in the list are inactive (in draft status), you won’t be able to integrate a candidate into a position. You must first create a position and set its status to Online.
Don’t forget to toggle the My Assigned Positions/All Positions button if you want to see all positions in the list, including those for which you are not the designated recruiter.
The Second Step: How to Manage Applications in the Pipeline?
If a candidate seems promising, you can recruit them immediately, even at the first stage of the pipeline, by clicking on the Menu button (three vertical dots) and then selecting Recruit. Their application will be transferred to the Recruits tab.
You can also move them to the next stage of the recruitment process by clicking on Next Stage.
You can either, send them an automatic email by selecting a template from the list.
Or move them to the next stage without sending an email.
You can also send a customized e-mail by selecting an email template and then customize it as you like.
Repeat this process until the candidate reaches the final stage of the pipeline.
Notes:
You can also move a candidate to the next stage by simply dragging their profile into the next stage.
You can move a candidate back to the previous stage by dragging their profile there.
You can select two or several candidates in each step of the pipeline and move them to the next stage in one go.
How to Reject a Candidate?
You need to delete the candidate's profile from the pipeline by clicking on the Delete button.
Then, you can either, transfer their profile to the CV Bank.
Or permanently delete their application.
Notes:
You can select two or several candidates in each step of the pipeline and move them to Cv bank or delete them in one go.
Once you find the perfect candidate(s) for the position, click on Close this recruitment. No further applications can be added to this position, and all candidates who were not recruited will be deleted.
You can find the folder of selected candidates in the Recruits tab.
